Cole Earns PAC Special Team Player of the Week Honors

Greenville, Pa – Junior football kicker, Sean Cole (Charleroi, Pa | Charleroi) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Special Teams Player of the week for his performance last week.

Cole played a huge part in Bethany's 27-24 victory over Geneva on Saturday. He converted both of his field goals and went 3-for-3 in extra point tries. Cole made a 31-yard first quarter field goal before driving in a 35-yard field goal in the fourth quarter. He averaged 57.5 yards on his six kickoffs, limiting the Golden Tornadoes to an average starting position on their own 29-yard line.

The Bethany College Football team returns to the turf on Saturday, October 19 when they host the Carnegie Mellon Tartans at 4 pm.
