Men's Basketball Suffers Loss to Grove City

Bethany, W.Va – The Bethany College men's basketball team returned to Hummel Field House for a PAC contest against the Grove City Wolverines. The Wolverines cruised past the Bison, 89-65. Khalil Wilson led the Bison with 11 points and Aiden Albert added 10 points for the Green and White.  


The Bison and Wolverines exchanged buckets to start the game. However, the Wolverines used a 17-4 run to spark full control over the Green and White. Grove City led 43-24 at the break.  In the second half, the Wolverines extended their lead to as many as 33. Bethany cut the lead to 19 before Grove City knocked in four free throws. The Bison were unable to cut the deficit. Grove City outscored the Bison 52-30 in the paint and were given 11 second chance points.



Bethany College Bison – 0-8 (0-2 PAC)

Grove City Wolverines – 4-6 (2-1 PAC)


Bethany College men's basketball returns to action after finals, on Sunday, December 15 when they travel to face Division II Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Tipoff set for 4 pm.
