Bethany College

Ryan Barth enters his second season under Head Coach Bill Garvey as the offensive line coach in 2020.

Barth comes to Bethany after a stellar career at Eureka as an offensive lineman. As the anchor on the Eureka offensive line, Barth earned All-UMAC First Team honors as a sophomore in 2016 and again as a junior in 2017. He became Eureka’s first-ever UMAC Lineman of the Year as well as the program's first lineman selected to the D3football.com All-Region Team in 2017.

He helped lead an offensive line that helped Eureka set single-season school records with 401 points scored and 3,033 rushing yards in 2017. Barth also helped the Red Devils produce their first 1,000-yard rusher since 1999 during the 2016 campaign. He started all 31 games of his collegiate career, started all 10 games as a freshman at right tackle before making the switch to left tackle to begin the 2016 season.

Prior to Eureka, Barth helped guide the Fieldcrest High School Knights to conference championships in 2013 and 2014. The Knights made an IHSA State Playoff semifinal appearance in 2014.

Barth graduated from Eureka with his bachelor’s in physical education and is currently pursuing his master’s in teaching at Bethany College.
