GREENVILLE, Pa. (April 19) - The Bethany College men's lacrosse team dropped its Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) matchup to Thiel 19-3 on Wednesday afternoon.

Bethany is now 3-10 on the season and 0-5 in the conference, while Thiel improves to 10-2 overall and remains in first place with a 5-0 ORLC record.

For Bethany, Will Gatling (Baltimore, Md./Northwestern) scored two goals, marking his fifth multi-goal game of the season. Dan Booth (Stockport, Manchester, England/Poynton) tallied the other Bethany mark.

The Tomcats scored the first three goals of the game before Gatling netted his first score of the day. Thiel answered just seconds later and kept their offensive pressure into the locker room for the 8-1 advantage.

Gatling burried his second goal with 5:10 remaining in the contest before Booth finished off the Bison scoring just under the two-minute mark.

Next, Bethany hosts Transylvania on Saturday, April 22 in a game set to start at 1 p.m.
