Slippery Rock, Pa. – The Bethany College baseball team faced the Grove City Wolverines in a PAC single-game at Slippery Rock University Friday afternoon.

The Wolverines exploded for 13 runs on 18 hits to take game one of the series. In the second inning, the Wolverines capitalized on a pair of Bison errors and scored 13 runs. Bethany was held to just three hits. Michael Whiteherse, Dezmond Franklin and Blake Connelly totaled for three runs for the Bison.
