STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – The Bethany College men's lacrosse team traveled to Franciscan University for a PAC contest Saturday evening. The Barons cruised to a 12-4 win over the Bison.

THE BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Franciscan scored first at the 14 minute mark of the first quarter. Tyler Britton found the back of the net to knot the game at 1-1. The Barons would score the next three goals to take a 4-1 lead after one period of play.
• Tyler Britton scored the first two goals in the second period to bring the Bison within one, but Franciscan would answer with two goals of their own. The Barons led 6-3 at the half.
• The Barons outscored the Bison 6-1 in the second half.

BISON TOP PERFORMERS

• Tyler Britton led the Bison with a hat-trick.
• Maurice Plummer added one goal.
• Conor Sinclair had one assist.
• Andrew Smith made 11 saves.

STATS OF THE GAME

• The Bison were outshot, 51-29.
