Bryar DeSanti

Bryar DeSanti joined the Bison football coaching staff in January of 2024. DeSanti serves as the Assistant Head Coach, the Offensive Coordinator, and the Offensive Line Coach.

In DeSanti’s first season, the Bison averaged 14.1 points and 283.9 yards per game including 204.2 through the air. Against No. 8 nationally ranked Grove City in Week 4, the Bison air attack totaled 380 yards to score 22 points which is the second-most the Wolverines would allow all season. The offense’s biggest run-game came against Waynesburg in Week 6 as Bison rushers combined for 155 yards. DeSanti returns three of last season’s top five rushers including All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference honorable mention Brett Phillips: the Green and White’s first 2,000 yard passer since 2015.

Desanti comes from Chadron State College (CSC) where he last served as the Recruiting Coordinator and wide receivers coach. He was a part of the Eagles staff since 2016. He started his coaching career at CSC as a running backs coach and a special teams assistant. Desanti continued working with special teams in his third season, but switched his positionary group to tight ends. Since then, Desanti has controlled the wide receiver and recruiting coordinator duties for CSC.

Prior to Bethany, DeSanti served as the interim OC for a game during the 2020 “COVID Season” where he guided an Eagles offense to 35 points, 478 total yards, and 192 rushing yards. DeSanti played college ball at NAIA/Division II (transitioned) Black Hills State University where he earned All-Conference honors, second team all-conference honors, and Rookie of the Year honors. At Black Hills State, DeSanti double majored in Physical Education and Exercise Science. He then went on to earn his Masters of Science in Organizational Management.
