Hayden Daley joined the Bison football coaching staff ahead of the 2023 season. Daley serves as the Special Teams Coordinator and the Linebackers Coach.
Prior to Bethany, Daley was a graduate assistant coach down the road at Wheeling University for the 2021 and 2022 seasons where he coached, running backs, including First-Team All-Mountain East Conference selection Sy Alli.
In his playing career, Daley was a four-year member of the football team at Marietta College, where he appeared in 10 games as a tight end for the Pioneers.
Daley graduated with his bachelors degree from Marietta in 2021 and with his masters degree from Wheeling in 2023.
