Harold Pallone III

Harold Pallone III enters his second season as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Bethany College in 2025-26.

He comes to Bethany following a brief stint at Wells College before the institution closed in July. He took over the men’s lacrosse program with five players and recruited 17 student-athletes to join the team in his first, and only, season with the Express.

“I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and am ready to take us where we deserve to be,” says Pallone. “I’ve been itching to get started here at Bethany, where we have an awesome group of guys and some top-notch facilities which will power us for years to come. I would also like to thank my parents, Harold and Melissa, as well as the rest of my friends and family, who have helped me reach this point. As for our future Bison, the future is bright, let’s make it happen!”

Pallone began his collegiate coaching career at Webber International University, serving as the assistant coach for two seasons. During his tenure, the Warriors advanced to the NAIA Final Four, leading the country in scoring offense. Webber was also second in scoring defense.

During his playing career at Keuka College, Pallone was a three-year captain and earned NEAC Player of the Year after leading the NCAA Division III in caused turnovers. He was a two-time first team All-NEAC honoree and left school as the career record holder in caused turnovers.
