Dream Cherry enters her first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Bethany College women's basketball team in 2025-26.
Cherry began her collegiate career at Davis & Elkins as a freshman in the 2021-2022 season, where she started all 28 games and averaged 15.6 points on her way to an All-Mountain East Conference second-team selection. She then transferred to Glenville State, where she played in 95 games over the course of three seasons, including in the Pioneers' run to the 2023 NCAA Tournament Semifinals. In her senior year, Cherry averaged 11.29 points per game and scored her 1,000th collegiate point propelling her to an All-MEC honorable mention.
