Bethany College

Jill Willson joined Bethany as the Interim Director of Athletics in January of 2022. 

Willson has extensive experience as an athletics administrator and a coach, including having served successfully as the Athletic Director at Texas A&M-Kingsville. Since 2007, Jill has been heavily relied upon by the NCAA to steward countless colleges and universities through the intercollegiate athletic process to thrive at the NAIA, Division III, Division II and Division I levels.

During Willson's tenure at Bethany, she will assist Interim President Dr. Jamie Caridi and the leadership team in our strategic planning for athletics, serve as a mentor to our athletic administration and coaches, and to lead the search for Bethany's permanent Athletic Director.
