Bethany College

In his second season at Bethany College, Ranc was retained as and is serving his first full season as the offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach for the Bison. During his first season at Bethany, Ranc served as the special team's coordinator for the first half of the fall 2022 season, but was transitioned to offensive coordinator for the second half of the season.

Prior to joining the Bison, Ranc served as the tight ends coach and JV offensive coordinator at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio for the fall 2021 season. During the short four game Covid-19 season in Spring 2021, Ranc served as Baldwin Wallace's Inside Wide Receivers Coach.

Before heading to BW, Ranc was the Outside Linebackers Coach as well as JV Defensive Coordinator at North Ridgeville High School in North Ridgeville, Ohio.

Ranc got his first coaching job at his alma matter, Rocky River High School, where he served as the Wide Receivers Coach for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Ranc played Strong Safety at Baldwin Wallace for the 2017-2018 season.
