Bethany College

Schyler Fennimore enters her second season as an assistant women's basketball coach and first as the Bison’s recruiting coordinator at Bethany College in 2019-20.

In Fennimore’s first season with the Bison, the green and white finished over .500 in the regular season for the first time since the 2011-12 season. Primarily, working with the Bison post players, Fennimore helped sophomore Makayla Reynolds finish the season with 9.0 points per game and averaged 5.0 boards.

Fennimore came to Bethany following a four-year playing career at nearby Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio. She appeared in 84 games in her career and was a member of the 2016-17 squad that saw a five-win improvement. She was an active member of the Muskingum Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and attended the NCAA Inclusion Forum Regional Student-Athlete Engagement Program.

Fennimore played scholastically at Carrollton High School in Ohio and was the team captain of the 2013-14 squad that finished undefeated in conference play.

Fennimore earned her bachelor's degree from Muskingum in mathematics with a minor in coaching and is enrolled in Bethany’s Master of Arts in Teaching program.
