Will Kline enters his season as an assistant with the Bison volleyball program.

In 2012, Kline was recognized by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as a 2013 "30 Under 30" award recipient, an award created to recognize up-and-coming volleyball coaches 30 years old or younger at all levels of volleyball.

In his seven seasons on the BC bench, the program has compiled a 189-76 record, reached the PAC Tournament Championship game three times and won four-consecutive ECAC South Region Tournament titles (2010-13).

Also the husband of Bethany head coach Courtney Kline, Will has earned a USA Volleyball Impact Volleyball coaching certification and is also CAP Level I certified. His main responsibilities include working with the development of the outside and middle blockers and his efforts helped the Bison blockers rank 10th in the nation in 2011.

In addition to his work at Bethany, Will has been an assistant coach with the Penn Highlands Volleyball Club since 2005 and was a volunteer assistant for Penn State-Fayette's back-to-back PSUAC championship teams in 2005 and 2006. In addition, Will has served as tournament directors for the Bethany College-sponsored Ohio Valley Region USAV Juniors Tournament, as well as the Keystone Region Penn Highlands sponsored USAV Juniors Tournaments.

A graduate of California University of Pa., with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Will also has an MBA from California and an associate's degree in engineering technology and nanofabrication manufacturing from Penn State.
