MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Bethany College women's volleyball team battled PAC foe Allegheny College Gators Saturday afternoon. The Gators defeated the Bison, 3-1 (19-25, 25-20, 25-20, 25-21).  

BY THE NUMBERS

• The Bison had a .400 hitting percentage in the first set and finished the match hitting .151
• The Gators out blocked the Bison 24-14.
• Both teams finished with seven service aces.

INSIDE THE MATCHES

• Sydney Kirker led the Bison with 19 kills and added 10 digs.
• Hannah Rogers added 11 kills.
• Four Bison had 10+ digs led by Asia Crim's 12 digs. Caroline Mercer and Lynn Burton both had 10 digs apiece.
• Lynn Burton led the Bison with 38 assists.

The Bison return to Hummel Field House for a PAC match against the Geneva College Golden Tornadoes on Oct. 19 at 7 pm.
