GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Bethany College women's volleyball team battled back after being down 2-0 to force a fifth set battle with Thiel College Friday evening. Bethany defeated Thiel 3-2, to hand the Tomcats their first PAC loss of the season.

• The Tomcats out blocked the Bison 14-8.

• Emma Marthins led the Bison with 15 kills and a hitting percentage of .321.
• Alaina Torres had a season-high 54 assists.
• Hannah Rogers had 14 kills while Riley Felton added 11 kills.
• Five Bison had 10+ digs led by Asia Crim's 18. Sydney Kirker added 17 followed by Caroline Mercer (16), Alaina Torres (15) and Emma Kuivila (14).
• Torres led the Bison with three aces followed by Crim's two.
