BETHANY, W.Va. – The Bethany College men's soccer team hosted La Roche University Redhawks in a non-conference match on Don Ault Field at Bison Stadium Sunday afternoon.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- It was a scoreless affair in the first half.
- In the second half, the Bison put pressure on the Redhawks' goalie and found the back of the net off of a free kick. Jahzinho O'Garro found Sheldon Christian to give the Bison a 1-0 lead.
- Less than ten minutes later, the Bison scored again off a free kick, Pablo Aguilera hit a cutting Nathan Greaves to double the Bison score.
- The Bison capitalized on free kicks in the second half, with the final goal of the day coming from an Aguilera free kick to Ilyas Elalama.

- The Bison have had nine different goal scorers this season through three games.
- The Bison outshot the Redhawks, 23-6.
