BETHANY, W.Va. – Bethany College women's basketball junior Lindsey Garrison set the Bethany College single-game made three-point record hitting 10 threes in Bethany's 89-55 victory over Franciscan University Wednesday evening.
GAME FLOW
- Bethany's Lindsey Garrison hit her first of ten three's to start the game. The Bison took a six point lead after Ashleigh Wheeler drained a three. The Green and White led 12-6 with under six minutes to go. Garrison hit another three with under five minutes to go. Bethany led 15-7. The Barons battled back going on a 9-2 run to close out the first stanza.
- The Bison led 17-16 after one.
- In the second, the Bison extended their lead outscoring the Barons, 17-12. The Green and White took a 34-28 lead heading into the halftime break.
- The Bison offense exploded on the second half. Bethany scored 34 third quarter points and 21 fourth quarter points. The Green and White outscored the Barons, 55-27 in the second half.
