BETHANY, W.Va. – Bethany College men's basketball team cruised to a 99-83 victory over the Allegheny College Gators inside Hummel Field House Wednesday evening.
GAME FLOW/HIGHLIGHTS
- The Bison opened the game on a 19-2 run over the first six minutes of the game.
- Bethany's lead swelled to 27-9 and the Bison held a comfortable lead through the first half.
- The Gators closed the half on a 15-7 run to close the half.
- Bethany led 53-40 at the half.
- The Green and White started the second half with all of the momentum. The Bison went on an 11-0 run, led by a Tony Fox three-pointer to start the half.
- With 5:30 to go, Will Brooks gave the Bison a 95-69 lead. The Bison would go scoreless over the next four minutes. During the four minutes, the Gators would go on a 10-0 run. The Bison would maintain the lead and win, 99-83.
