The Bethany College men's soccer team fell to Waynesburg Saturday, 3-0, in the team's home Presidents' Athletic Conference opener at Bison Stadium.  

Waynesburg got on the board with two goals, one being an own goal, in the first half. The Yellow Jackets added a late goal in the second half for the final score.  

Junior Taivier Stewart led the team with six of the team's 17 shots. Waynesburg finished with 18 shots.  

Senior Matteo Pintus finished with five saves on eight shots on goal.

• Bethany was called for a pair of yellow cards.  

• There were 19 fouls called, 10 on the Bison.  

• Waynesburg had seven corner kicks to two from Bethany.  

Bethany (0-8 overall, 0-2 PAC) travels to Saint Vincent 7 p.m. Tuesday for another PAC contest.
