BETHANY, W.Va. - The Bethany College women's volleyball team fell to the Franciscan University of Steubenville (Ohio) by a final score of 3-0 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference match on Joe Kurey Memorial Court in Hummel Fieldhouse.
Bethany (7-13, 4-7 PAC) Leaders
- Senior Academic All-PAC middle blocker Averie Braymer (Saegertown, Pa.) had a team-leading nine kills on the night to reach 179 on the year as she continues to be one of the best attackers in the PAC
- Senior Academic All-PAC libero Andie Clark (Columbus, Ind./Hauser) dug out a team-best 11 attacks from the Lady Barons
- Freshman outside hitter Isabella Poppelriter (Wellsville, Ohio) finished with a stat line of 10 digs, six kills, two block assists, and an ace
- Freshman setter and PAC Newcomer of the Week Grace Padavick (Cleveland, Ohio/Padua Franciscan) notched 21 assists and eight digs
- Sophomore middle blocker Ashton Thomas (Toronto, Ohio) tallied four kills and tied a game-high three blocks
- Senior outside hitter JaSona Belyeu (McKeesport, Pa.) added seven digs for the Green and White defense

- Freshman outside hitter Logan Hickey hit .350 on 40 attacks with 17 kills to lead the Franciscan offense
- Junior setter Mary Smart assisted a game-high 30 times
- Sophomore libero Kaitlan Hickey led all players with 14 digs
