GROVE CITY, Pa. - The Bethany College women's golf team competed in the 2025 Grove City Fall Invitational hosted by Grove City (Pa.) College at the Grove City Country Club.
After three weeks off, the Bison were back in action in their biggest tournament of the season which consisted of 65 golfers from 13 different schools. Three members of the Green and White golfed individually while fellow Presidents' Athletic Conference member Westminster (Pa.) College placed first out of ten team scores with a four-player round of 323 (+35).
Academic All-PAC sophomore
Natalie DuShole (Waterford, Pa./Fort LeBouf) led the way for the Bison with a season-best round of 90 (+18) to finish tied for 23rd overall. She finished the day with four pars and one birdie coming on the 12th hole. On the day,
DuShole averaged 4.25 strokes on Par 3 holes, 4.8 on Par 4 holes, and 6.25 on Par 5 holes.
Freshman
Shelby Cascioli (Lapeer, Mich.) also had a career-best round in just her third career tournament after shooting a 99 (+27) with two pars earning her 42nd overall. She had a 4.5 stroke average on Par 3 holes, a 5.4 average on Par 4 holes, and a 6.75 on Par 5 holes.
Academic All-PAC graduate
Olivia Masciantoni (Georgetown, Pa./Southside) was the final Bison to compete at the Invitational and fired a 118 (+46) with a birdie on the 13th hole. She averaged 4.75 strokes on Par 3s, 6.7 on Par 4s, and 8.0 on Par 5s.
The Bison are back in action on Sunday, October 12 as they travel to Vienna, Ohio to compete at the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference Fall Championships at Squaw Creek-Avalon Golf & Country Club.
