GROVE CITY, Pa. - Senior Tyler Britton was responsible for the lone Bethany College goal as the Bison opened the season with a 24-1 loss to Grove City in Presidents' Athletic Conference action.
Britton's tally came with 8:18 remaining in the fourth quarter. He finished with four of the team's seven shots, and three of the four shots on goal.
Grove City scored 11 goals in the first quarter and eight more in the second quarter to go into halftime with a lead. The Wolverines added two goals in the third quarter and two more in the fourth.
