Game Recap: Men's Basketball |

Dailey Drops Season High in Loss

GREENVILLE, Pa. - Junior Cole Dailey scored a season-high 32 points, but the Bethany College men's basketball team fell to Thiel, 78-70, Wednesday in Presidents' Athletic Conference action.

Dailey was an efficient 11-of-16 from the floor and 9-of-13 from the free throw line in the game. He added five assists, four rebounds, and two blocks.

Thiel took control of the game with a 17-0 run early in the second half. The Tomcats shot 7-of-9 from the floor and connected on all three free throws, while Bethany missed all five of its shots during the game-changing run.

Bethany scored 12 of the first 16 points, and after the host Tomcats pulled to within three, the Bison charged out to their first double-figure lead of the game. The BC lead grew to as much as 15 points (27-12) on a lay-up by freshman Jess Roller.

The Bison had a couple opportunities late, but couldn't quite connect on a momentum-swinging basket,
