The Bethany College men's lacrosse team scored the first eight goals of the game en route to beating Washington & Jefferson Wednesday, 16-9, in Presidents' Athletic Conference action.  

Senior Tyler Britton finished with a season-high seven goals and one assist, while senior Cameron Russo added three goals and four assists to lead the Bison. Sophomore Ruddy Sampson finished with three goals and one assist.  

INSIDE THE BOX & NOTES 

• Bethany outscored its opponent in three of the four periods.  

• Britton has scored in all but one game this season. He has recorded an assist in eight straight contests.  

• Russo has scored in 12 straight games.  

• Sampson has six multi-goal games this season.  

• Jackson Barnett was 14-of-25 on faceoffs.  

• Bethany snapped a two-game losing streak. The Bison have won six of the last nine games.  

Bethany (6-7 overall, 2-3 PAC) will have a week off before returning to action 6 p.m. April 16.
