BETHANY, W.Va. - The Bethany College cross country team hosted the 2025 Bethany Invitational at the Bethany College Soccer and Equestrian Complex.

The 11th Annual Bethany Invitational was once again a huge success with 138 runners from 10 different schools competing in the women's 6K and men's 8K races. Two Bison competed individually for the women's team as Academic All-PAC junior Mary Tracey (Clarksburg, W.Va./Liberty) and Academic All-PAC senior Deena Rosenthal (Wheeling, W.Va./Wheeling Park) represented the home squad. Tracey led the Green and White with a time of 33:13.5 while Rosenthal rounded out the Bison runners with a time of 37:23.7. In the women's 6K, fellow Presidents' Athletic Conference member Franciscan University of Steubenville (Ohio) won the team race with 23 total places positioning them first out of five teams. West Liberty University placed first out of six teams in the men's 8K race with a total of 22 places.

The Bison are back in action on Saturday, October 4 as they travel to New Concord, Ohio to compete in the Dan Mullen Memorial Invitational hosted by Muskingum (Ohio) University.
