PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Bethany College women's lacrosse team fell to Chatham (Pa.) University by a final score of 22-1 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference game on UPMC Graham Field.

Bethany (3-3, 0-1 PAC) Leaders

• Senior attack Grace Schweickert (Hiram, Ohio/Crestwood) scored her first goal of the season on two shots and added two ground balls defensively
• Junior midfielder Catharina Recabeitia (Buenos Aires, Argentina/Escuela Normal Superior-Vicente Fatone) forced a team-best four turnovers with two ground balls
• Senior Academic All-PAC goalkeeper Madison Wagoner (Morgantown, W.Va./University) made 14 saves and led the team with seven ground balls
• Junior Academic All-PAC midfielder Tatum Severe (Hilliard, Ohio/Hilliard Bradley) assisted on Bethany's only goal and recorded one draw control
• Senior All-PAC defender Emily Wenger (New Cumberland, Pa./Cedar Cliff) won five draw controls and added four ground balls and two caused turnovers
• Senior defender Janez Matthews (Annapolis, Md.) notched two draw controls

Chatham (5-1, 1-0 PAC) Leaders

• Junior attack Natalie Ondo scored a game-high eight goals
• Freshman defender Sofia Hoetzlein-Sirman led the Cougars with six ground balls
• Freshman attack Bella Walski-Rodriguez added four goals and two assists for the Chatham offense

The Bison are back in action on Wednesday, March 25 as they host a Mental Health Awareness Game and a Presidents' Athletic Conference matchup against Hiram (Ohio) College at 4 p.m. on Don Ault Field at Bison Stadium.
