Tyson Meiguez enters his first season as the Linebackers Coach at Bethany College in 2026.
Meiguez comes to Bethany fresh off a Division I playing career at Duquesne University where he totaled 34 tackles through nine games as a linebacker for the Dukes. Prior to Duquesne, he played one season at Murray State University, where he tallied 55 tackles including one sack and scored one touchdown, and three seasons at Georgia Institute of Technology. In high school, Meiguez was the 2019 Region 5 6A Co-Player of the Year and the 2019 Atlanta Touchdown Club Defensive Player of the Year at Creekside High School.
Meiguez received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Tech in 2024 before pursuing his master's degree at Duquesne.
