Tridelphia, W.Va. – After falling in their season opener, the Bethany College men's soccer team bounced back with a 5-2 win over the University of Pitt-Bradford, Sunday afternoon.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- Sophomore Modou Faye kicked off the match with an unassisted goal three minutes into the match
- UPB knotted the match at 1-1 at the 16:08 mark
- The Bison would pull away scoring the next three goals
- Arnold Fontes-Candida scored at the 27:47 mark and two minutes later, Jack Sella scored off of a Modou Faye assist
- Edmund Aggrey added an insurance goal at the 42:50 mark
- UPB tried to make a comeback scoring at the 57:16 mark, but Bethany added the final goal of the match from a Valentin Ursino header
