DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Bethany College men's basketball team closed out the Purple and Gold Tournament with a 72-61 loss to Beloit early Saturday morning.
GAME FLOW
- After a slow start to get the scoring going, the Bison trailed 27-25 at halftime.
- In the second half, the Bison would get outscored 45-36, giving Beloit the win.

- Sophomore Cole Dailey led the Bison with 20 points and 10 rebounds. He added three assists and three steals.
- Chance Wells added 11 points and six rebounds.
- Tony Fox led the Bison with four steals.

- Beloit shot 51.7 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from behind the arc.
- Bethany shot 74.1 percent from the charity stripe. Beloit only shot 35.3 percent.
- The Bison scored 20 points from the foul line.
