MEADVILLE, Pa. - The Bethany College men's soccer team fell to Allegheny (Pa.) College by a final score of 5-1 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference game at Frank B. Fuhrer Field.
Bethany (3-8-3, 2-5-1 PAC) Leaders
- Senior forward Ian Stempler (Buenos Aires, Argentina/Farmingdale College) scored the Bison's only goal after taking two shots on goal through 84 minutes
- Junior midfielder Paul Sanyang (Leesburg, Va./Heritage) also added two shots on goal for the Bethany offense
- Junior goalkeepers Adam Imhulse (Cincinnati, Ohio/Finneytown) and Peyton Thomassy (Cumberland, Md./Allegany) each made three saves
- Junior forward Santiago Waites (Birmingham, Ala./Oak Mountain) and senior midfielder Pablo Aguilera (Madrid, Spain/Colegio Brains) each added a shot on goal
Allegheny (6-7-4, 4-3-1 PAC) Leaders
- Junior midfielder Will Gruca finished with six points for the Gators: two goals and two assists
- Sophomore goalkeeper Cadan Bennett made a game-high five saves
