BETHANY, W.Va. - The Bethany College women's basketball team defeated Allegheny (Pa.) College by a final score of 88-61 in a Presidents' Athletic Conference game as graduate All-PAC guard
Lindsey Garrison (Triadelphia, W.Va./Wheeling Park) surpassed 1,500 career points on Joe Kurey Memorial Court inside Hummel Fieldhouse.
Bethany (13-6, 8-2 PAC) extended its winning streak to seven and has now won 11 of its last 12 as
Garrison continues to climb the all-time leaderboards. Three minutes into the second period,
Garrison got a bucket to fall all while drawing the foul to become just the fifth player in program history to score 1,500 points in her career. The Bison would put Allegheny (9-10, 6-4 PAC) away taking a lead as big as 30 in the final minutes as the team finishes 7-1 in the month of January.

- Garrison finished with a game-high 16 points shooting 50% from the floor while adding four assists and two rebounds
- Sophomore Academic All-PAC guard Addy Blazer (Hanoverton, Ohio/United Local) finished with a statline of 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block
- Senior Academic All-PAC forward Kaedlee Potter (Barboursville, W.Va./Cabell Midland) led the team with nine boards and also reached double-figures with 11 points along with two assists, a steal, and a block
- Freshman guard and PAC Newcomer of the Week Lindsey Best (Rayland, Ohio/Martins Ferry) closes out her monster month of January with 12 points, eight assists, four rebounds, and four steals
- Junior Academic All-PAC forward Kate Botti (Irwin, Pa./Norwin) added seven rebounds and two steals
- Sophomore guard Ella Simpson (Morgantown, W.Va./University) scored 14 points in only 15 mintues of play
- Sophomore guard Amaria Jones (Spartanburg, S.C./Dorman) contributed eight points to the Green and White offense
Allegheny Leaders
- Sophomore guard Isabella Antonacci also scored 11 points and recorded a team-high four assists
- Senior guard Jess Bickart led the Gators in rebounds with eight and scored 11 points
- Senior forward Sarah Santicola finished with 11 points and seven rebounds
The Bison are back in action on Wednesday, February 4 as they travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to take on Chatham (Pa.) University in a Presidents' Athletic Conference game at 5 p.m. in the Athletic and Fitness Center.
