DENVER, Colo. - Bethany College women's volleyball assistant coach Anna Taylor '25 has been selected to the 56th Class of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy hosted in partnership between WeCOACH and the NCAA which will take place from May 18-20.

The NCAA Women Coaches Academy is a multi-day growth & development program available to collegiate women coaches in all sports, collegiate levels, and years of experience. WCA is designed for women coaches who are ready to elevate their holistic coaching effectiveness by learning advanced leadership skills and strategies that directly affect their personal and team success. Participants focus on non-sport specific concepts in an environment that fosters inclusion across the sports community.

Taylor received the Brianna Barry Memorial Scholarship which is awarded annually to an assistant women's volleyball coach at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level and includes full tuition to attend the multi-day Women Coaches Academy. She will be one of over 75 attendees to participate in the WCA's 56th Class which includes women coaches across all NCAA and NAIA membership institutions who represent 18 different sports and 650+ total years of coaching experience.

Taylor, a 2025 Bethany graduate and a former All-PAC libero for the Bison women's volleyball team, just recently completed her first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Bethany College women's volleyball team in 2025 and will serve as the interim head coach for the Bison women's flag football program this spring.
