NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Bethany College has placed ninth and eleventh in the final 2025-26 Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's and Women's All-Sports Trophy Standings, respectively.

The all-sports trophies are annually awarded to the schools that perform the best across the board in league competition. First-place finishes are worth 12 points, runner-up finishes are worth 11 points, continuing all the way down to last place which is worth one point. 

After finishing last in both the men's and women's races last year, the Bison improved in both standings during the 2025-26 academic year. 

The Bethany men's sports jump up to ninth out of 12 schools and finished with 56 points including 10 points in the fall, 18 points in the winter, and 28 points in the spring. Baseball was the Bison's only top-five finish after finishing fifth in the PAC Tournament. Grove City (Pa.) College won the men's All-Sports Trophy for the fourth year in a row with 127.5 points and three conference championships.

On the women's side, the Bison move up one spot to eleventh with 42 points which include five fall points, 17.5 winter points, and 19.5 spring points. Women's Basketball and Softball each finished third in their respective tournaments to lead the Bethany women's sports. Grove City earns its third straight women's All-Sports Trophy with 113 total points and four conference championships.
